Signed Fixed Point Comparator IP

Comparator is a very important IP which is frequently used in complex digital designs. Thus a general IP for comparator is designed here. This comparator can receive any data width and generates three comparison signals. This comparator can be used to compare two fixed point signed numbers. For signed numbers MSB is used to differentiate between signed and unsigned numbers. Thus this comparator can easily differentiate between negative and positive numbers.
