Phase Generation IP

This is a simple IP which is used to generate phase signal. It has two inputs, start and stop. If a pulse is applied at the start input then a phase signal is generated. If another pulse is applied to stop input then the phase signal will become low. This block is very useful in complex designs to start a counter, write in a memory, or read from a memory.
