General Signed Wired Right Shift IP

This IP performs shifting operation on a data. Any data which passes through this block is right shifted. This right shift is achieved by wired connection and thus it does not consume any hardware. This IP can shift a data by any number of bits. Also this block maintains signed nature of the data. The rm output stands for remainder of the division. This is sometimes very useful in complex designs.
